Anthony Windwar is an experienced medical malpractice, health law, and estates lawyer, recognized for his expertise in addressing complex legal challenges. He represents individuals impacted by medical negligence, defends healthcare professionals and clinics in litigation, and advocates for regulated professionals in College proceedings and professional misconduct investigations.
In addition to his health law practice, Anthony assists clients with estate planning, including the preparation of wills, powers of attorney, and related personal planning documents. He also acts in estate litigation matters, including disputes over wills, powers of attorney, and capacity issues.
