Ella Aiaseh

Ella is a Partner at Hummingbird Lawyers LLP and practices exclusively in family law. Since her call to the Ontario Bar in 2014, she has developed a litigation practice representing clients in all areas of family law, including parenting disputes and complex financial matters involving property division, support, and business interests. Her prior experience in civil litigation, corporate, commercial, and immigration law provides valuable perspective in addressing multifaceted family law disputes.

Ella represents clients at all stages of the litigation process, including negotiation, mediation, motions, trials, and appeals. She has appeared before the Ontario Court of Justice, Superior Court of Justice, and the Court of Appeal.
