Ioulia Vinogradova

Ioulia is a Partner at Hummingbird Lawyers LLP, having joined the firm’s Wills & Estates team in 2019 as an associate. Her practice is devoted exclusively to Estate, Wills, and Capacity Law.

A dedicated advocate, Ioulia works closely with clients to navigate estate administration and power of attorney disputes, guardianship matters, will challenges, probate applications, dependant support claims, intestacy issues, and related litigation proceedings. Her practice also includes providing estate planning advice and the preparation of trusts, wills and powers of attorney documents. Ioulia is fluent and can consult clients in Russian.

Drawing on a diverse legal background – spanning real estate, family law, and civil litigation – Ioulia provides proactive, practical advice aimed at identifying and addressing issues before they develop into larger problems. Ioulia recognizes the sensitive nature of estate and capacity matters and takes care to thoroughly appreciate each client’s circumstances to offer tailored advice.

She has appeared before the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, and the Divisional Court.

Outside the office, Ioulia can be found cheering on her children at their sports activities or learning to dance salsa.
